After we informed Anthony Herrera that we had decided to go with another lender, he became rude, argumentative, and raised his voice. Rather than respecting our decision, he insulted the other lender, repeatedly talked over us, and continued trying to convince us to choose them even after we clearly said we were not interested. **im not sure if the experience I had was with this specific location but with the New American funding as a whole** I had a very disappointing experience with New American Funding. They had been contacting me for months about refinancing my condo, and when I recently started the process of buying a home, I initially spoke with a loan officer there named Anthony. Very, very highly recommended. Joe and Sue Schoney are the best of the best. The whole experience from start to finish was so easy and their team (Cory and Kyle) were helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Super glad we chose these guys!
