My daughter works in this building. Only complaint I have is for whoever cleans the building at night. The restrooms on the first floor as you walk in are not to standards. Seems as if they just peek in and stock as needed. No real cleaning gets done. There have been many times where I have personally wiped down the sinks and mirrors. Also there are corner cobwebs building up in the women's restroom. Edge vacuuming is needed as well as a good elevator wipe down.
Dr Faust is genuinely the best primary care doc I’ve ever met. We feel profoundly grateful to have found her.
We have been with Dr. Kirkland for almost six years and as a mom to a child with a rare disease, it has meant everything to us to have a pediatrician who genuinely cares and is willing to advocate for his patients! The entire staff are truly incredible! They are always able to get us in quickly when needed, and are always so kind and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this practice!!
Dr. Kirkland has been caring for my kids over the last six years, and we followed him to the New Albany Pediatrics practice. I love this office!! The staff are so kind and friendly. Our nurse, Asya, took extra time with my three-year-old to explain the blood pressure cuff, test it out on her stuffed animal first, and met her with so much patience and kindness, leaving us both very happy. Highly recommend.
