My children have been rescheduled 3 times in a row , each time we are forced to wait 2 months at a time for their next available. They were due in August for a cleaning, we are now in December and yet another call from them to reschedule because of what ever issue they can come up with. So frustrating
Can't even keep the right time for an appointment triple books the same time slot.they can goto hell
My experience here was horrible. I had to get my crown done twice in two years because Dr. Punia did not do it properly. I constantly came back because of sever discomfort. I still can't chew on my left side because enormous chunks of food in between my teeth. I then went to get two professional opinions and both dentist agreed it was two big for my mouth and the gaps in between my crown were too wide. The experience was positive, the staff is kind. Andrea made me feel more at ease throughout the procedure which she performed, she explained very thoroughly what to expect. I admire her great work ethic, She takes pride in her craft. Thank You !. Andrea, you are "Dy-no-mite" !.
I have been coming to see Dr. Punia for about a year now. She is the best dentist that I ever had. Very professional, calming and detail oriented. I do not like pain and she made sure I never felt any. I could go on and on but you did say a few words. Dr Punia is highly recommended and I will keep coming back. The appointment was prompt. The hygienist, Andrea was courteous and professional. Dr. Ma examined me and explained what dental work was necessary. Overall a positive, appreciated dental experience.
