Staff seemed very professional and friendly. My only negative comment would be the waiting room is very small- not comfortable, which I thought was strange. So many people hate going to the dentist , I would think you would try to make them feel more comfortable about the experience & that starts in the waiting room.
All the staff is very nice and pleasant the dentist shook my hand before and after she looked in my mouth they explained everything in detail that I need to get done
Super efficient didn't have a wait at all .
Excellant treatment and and although early got treated right away. I would recommend this DDS.
My first visit : Nice place. Appointment was at 8 AM , only waited about ten minutes. My last dentist took 1-2 hours (BORING). I wish I remembered the name of the Dental Hygienist. She was so nice and funny. But also very professional. Dr. Parkhurst was very nice and informative. Girls at front desk were very nice too. I would definitely recommend New Albany.
