I rented from New Age Realty for almost 4 years. The apartment I lived in was mouse infested in the winter time and flies in the summer time. When I moved in the apartment was in terrible shape, and wasn't up to code. When I moved out they attempted to charge me for the condition the apartment was in when I moved in. Absolutely unethical and worst leasing company I have ever dealt with in my life. Do not rent from them if you can avoid it.
