Very professional with timely response to your foot problems. If you are aging like me, your insurance carriers suggest you have a look at your feet. I did, found my feet were now longer, so shoe size was off, that relieved some pain ! You will like the staff , so go get relief from foot issues you may not even recognize, but feel
AVOID This place. Do NOT make an appointment here. I had foot surgery with Dr. Avery several months ago and it was a nightmare from the surgery to the recovery. My foot is horrible looking. My stitiches were in for 8 weeks. After repeated phone calls and nonreturned I finally got thru. The receptionist is unprofessional. And don't let me get started on the ridicious medical charges in which I am having investigated. If thier was an option for no star I would have selected it.
The Drs are OK. The rest of the office is incompetent and rude to the patients. They don't answer the phones half the time and if you call in the afternoon there's not even a recorded message that helps you so you're just left hanging. When you're waiting for test results to come back to ask for them is it's just a big joke. And they will not assist you at any given point and then laugh at you.
I have taken several of my clients to New Age Foot & Ankle Surgery to visit with Dr. Avery and I am so very pleased with his services. He takes the time the time to examine my clients' feet and continues to do the task at hand. He ask questions and is just so very thorough.
