Very hepful and friendly – Everybody at Neve's has always been very helpful and friendly to me. Getting my uniform's altered has not been an issue with Neve's knowledgeable staff.

Worst Customer Service – After reading three of the other reviews left by obviously unsatisfied customers, I can say I completely agree with all three post to the "T". The two females at the front counter, "Customer Service" offered no help, no direction, and one literally made me wait 15 minutes to offer me any customer service while she twiddled around behind her counter with bags and organizing items. Worst Uniform Supply Store EVER – I wouldn't even give these guys a star. Worst COMMUNICATION, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST EMPLOYEES. I placed an order roughly a month ago for our department. "There was a hold up at the for the t shirts. We will ship it out next week." This was a month ago. I called today to ask about the status, and they still haven't shipped it out. Poor customer service, especially from the cashier – I have never shopped anywhere and spent hundreds of dollars and been treated so poorly. The cashier for independent purchases has a horrible attitude and acts like you're a distraction. God forbid you have any questions. The prices aren't that great and you can save money buying online. I've bought duty gear there twice and I'll never go there again. I thought I'd give it a second chance, but it definitely wasn't worth it. Very Slow Service – Takes forever to get anything back from these people. Don't plan on just walking in and out as your order may take months.
Terrible customer service and selection – This is one of the largest police suppliers in the state and is a pitiful excuse for a business. They lack any form of customer service and expediency. I've given this place several tries and they have never come through. They do not stock equipment in logical proportions nor do they make up for it with fast ordering and delivery.
