Toni was incredible. I called yesterday from Grand Junction, I checked in and she not only remember what I called about what even what size!
I was helped very promptly. They have a good product selection here and the staff was very very helpful. They had a good attitude, and they always carried a smile!

I had a very positive experience at Neve's a couple of days ago. I found the gun guys to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They shared a lot of both their knowledge and experience.
The counter girls were great. No waiting, no being ignored, just good responsive service. I actually mentioned their internet feedback was unfavorable and the response was, "hey, we can always do better". No defensiveness or push back.
