Yesterday morning was chaos. Mom is 93 and well, things sometimes go haywire, and when trying to wrangle dogs, and an elderly mother and get out the door for an early AM appt. nearly an hour and half drive away, it can be a nightmare. Some practices would (and HAVE) cancelled her appt, and when a patient is on managed pain treatment, that can be life threatening, but this practice showed compassion when I called to let them know that we MIGHT be late, and would they please show leniency this one time. I love this office. Very quick and friendly and Rosa is the best on giving shots. Dr Sibel is the best Doctor I ever had hands down. Glad I was referred to this office 5 stars it's a yes for me
Front office staff can not handle scheduling. When I said I wanted to speak to an office manager to make a complaint, Dominic I believe his name is, hung up on me. Tried to call back of course no answer. Extremely unprofessional and uncaring. I’ve had 3 surgeries and the one time I was able to see the dr he was in and out in less 5 min and uninterested in my concerns. Didn’t get any clear answers. Dr. Poelstra did such an amazing job in my neck surgery. It was a life changer.
