most staff are unfriendly. waited to long in waiting room and I'm talking 1 1/2 hrs just in waiting room then another 30 min or longer in Dr office. forgot to ask him some other questions regarding my next surgery he wanted to do on my knee and asked to speak with Nevins, but was informed he was out of town for 2 weeks and asked his assistant to have him call me when he got back into town which was 2nd or 3rd of Oct, but still have not heard back from him and its end of Oct.
