On Going Wonderful Care – I have been a patient here since March of 2011. From the start, they have been most professional. I never even bothered to get a second opinion. Every time I'm here, the whole staff literally goes out of their way to make each patient here feel like they are the only one being seen. If I didn't have to have them for only two years, we would have many more appointments, but I think we will definitely stay in touch.
Completly satisfied!! We highly reccomend Dr.Heinrich! – My daughter was made fun of and was casted away by children her age and also taunted daily the day she entered grade school. This was all done becuase she had bottle cap glasses, yellow crooked teeth. Her slef esteem was extremely low. She is and was a child with so much to give and has a heart of gold she is gifted with the ability to play guitar, paino and drums since she was 6-years. Top Expert Practice – I researched orthodontists in the areas and have had consults with several in town and finally I decided to go with Dr. Heinrich. This doctor was the only doctor who knew techniques where the other doctors just wanted to pull out teeth... After 2 years of treatment, nothing but incompetence and hassles – I went to NV Orthodontic Care for invisalign 2 years ago, and since then it has been nothing but incompetence and hassles. I never saw the doctor that I met when when I first chose to go to NV OC after the first consultation, and instead I was passed between 3 doctors over my treament, one of which had no social skills whatsoever. Nevada Orthodontic Care is sorry this patient had a bad experience. NOC has tried multiple times to make contact to rectify this situation. We hope she contacts us soon so we can resolve this issue. Although we have had multiple doctors in the past, Nevada Orthodontic Care has had only one orthodontist for over a year. Dr. Heinrich is an exceptional orthodontist and is an adjunct professor, teaching orthodontics at the UNLV dental school. He and his staff are very professional.
