My experience at this clinic was amazing, the nurses were very sweet and patient and Dr. Johnson was very professional and made me feel like he was going to take very good care of me during my wisdom teeth extraction and he did.
Dr Hunter and his team from the moment we arrived were spot on. Emma was apprehensive about sedation, extraction, dry socket, pain, adverse reaction, etc. (thanks Google and You Tube) Dr. Hunter entered the exam room noticed her elevated anxiety and tears rolling down her face. He leaned over grab some tissue, grabbed her hand and begin the bedside manners missing into dentistry. Michelle Peyton is such a sweet person. She is a great implant coordinator. She really made me feel welcome. She spent a lot of time with me to go over different payment options. Have months to go for healing but so far I am treated as if they care about me and I'm not just a number. So far, their work has been excellent and very professional.
I was very impress with the conduct of the person who I talk-to with the recessional conduct.
Very friendly, informed and professional after check in. Difficult getting information about the offices findings with insurance, weeks and days prior to procedure Afer repeated requests for information the office did not respond. When I called days before procedure I finally got hold of Brooke who was very informative and helpful. After getting past the business and administrative process the nurses, assistants and doctors were awesome.
The process is so efficient every step of the way and in all aspects of the appointment. From scheduling (with ample flexibility and accommodation) to post procedure check in. Top notch service all the way by everyone.
