The service provided from start to finish was amazing. They made sure I knew what to expect, answered all my questions, and were patient and kind the entire time. All of the staff is incredibly skilled in customer service and patient care, but I am especially grateful to Laurie and Dr. Johnson. New patient, but will definitly recommend! It took longer than usual to verify my insurance but I was treated with patience and great customer service. My wait time is probably skewed because they were trying to verify my insurance or I would have been taken back sooner.
Everyone was efficient and helpful. I did not feel rushed in any way. James was knowledgeable, pleasant and understanding.

I thought your service was great and everything was explained well. I appreciated all the post information you gave me as I left. I thought some of your patients in the lobby area were loud. Also when I left in back and went to my car a man was there with a truck and a trailer blocking me from getting out as he was cleaning his car. I had to ask him to me which at the time I did not appreciate this nor did I feel like dealing with this. He should not have been there in the first place. He was blocking both rows of cars.
