Called in to set up an appt with Sunny, and the Hispanic lady said he can take me in 10 minutes I said I can be there in 15, when I arrived she said oh you’re the one that called for sunny I said yes, she said oh he took someone else. Then what was the point of scheduling an appt if they are not gonna respect that. So unprofessional
Lili took very good care of my hands and feet today. She was kind and caring and humorous. She made conversation and gave me a massage that almost put me to sleep. She periodically checked in with me to make sure I liked the color I chose and made me feel comfortable to be honest. I am excited to come back. Thank you Lily. The team work here is also great. The shop manager makes sure the nail techs have everything they need and checks in with the clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
Just left from getting both full set and pedicure and ive already received several compliments!!! 🙃 Awesome job everytime!
I’ve been coming here for about 5 yrs & when I tell you they are the Best. Lucy & Sandy are my GO TO & they’re Great at what they do. They both take their time and always make sure I’m satisfied before I leave. Thank you all for always having Great Customer Service as well!
