I got the glass replaced on my iPad to which they did ok. But I had to call them to remind them that they had it for a week they started working on it that day
Only giving 1 star because i can't leave 0 stars. They ordered a part, took forever to get it, then when I finally got it back, they had poorly installed it and it developed stress fractures across the bottom (no it was dropped or mishandled). I called to complain and received poor customer service and was just short of calling me a liar. I will never give them service again due mainly to poor service, but also poor craftsmanship. Both of the guys were very nice and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy anything just solid service
They have had my Laptop for over a month and have yet to give me an estimate to fix or answer any of my 4 voicemails about this. Terrible customer service. I just want my laptop back no worse than when I left it.
