Great medical staff. They are always nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. Sebastian has always been great. The wait times are crazy. I wonder why I made an appt. the front desk girls...well, they are typical robots. They don’t look at you, no apology for the wait. Their focus is the process not the needs of the guest checking in. I’m not geriatric but the majority of the guests are. This place is good,very good DR's staff are nice and helpful,its just the wait time, I got their an hour before my appt and still had to wait another hour so two hours for a twenty minute appt, ya they need better time management, but I'll be back DR Bowers is a fav .
Great office and nursing staff, very informative and thoughtful. Knew what to expect prior to my testing appointment. The staff was courteous and kind during the process.
The staff was good, although they never inform you of what you need to do as far as prepare for the appointment..... I've done this awhile so I know what needs to be done .. but poor management...
Overall great doctors & efficient staff!
The staff is great and very helpful. They make you more relaxed when you get scared . Very nice
