I had the worst healthcare experience of my life with some employees today. My mom has been using this facility for over 10 years. I am always her contact person on her profile due to her limited English, her understanding, and her comfort level. She relies solely on me for literally everything. I manage her health from another state. She ran out of her refil and her pharmacy encouraged me to notify her provider (this horrible facility) in order to expedite the process.
