I called several times to get my blood results. I was told I would get a call back each time. I never got a call back. You can not speak to anyone directly and are forced to go through their call center. The office staff will not allow the call center reps to transfer the call to speak to any one directly. My dad went here for his physical. He’s a dialysis patient with heart and blood pressure problems. His appointment with PA Bernadette Yalung lasted less than 15min. He was never asked to do any test not even a blood work. One month later he called and asked for refills on his meds. 2 weeks later, still no refills sent to his pharmacy. Mistake after mistake, after mistake. And the referral department displays pure incompetence. Nevada Health Centers has screwed me over several times now. Worst medical support staff that I have ever seen. And it is sad because the PA is pretty good.
