Called in 9 am and a gentleman answered the call. I asked if they accepted the government insurance medicaid . I was trying to figure out what I had and he was just not helpful or responsive at all. I’ve never had health insurance so the lingo is new. He didn’t offer ansite, and lost deff didn’t offer any help inviting to this place. If they act like this to potential new patience how is my care actually going to reflect. I had an awesome experience Dr. Marek and the staff at Nevada Foot Institute yesterday! Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to help me out. They were very attentive to my needs. I really recommend them :) The very best thing about it is that I left the office after treatment with substantially less pain in my feet than when I arrived, and way better informed about how to keep myself pain free! I couldn't ask for more!
