I signed up with them in July when my Culinary stopped. I signed us up for the Silver plan. They have been nothing but a big disappointment to me since I signed up. I think they are either lazy or incompetent or both. First my dentist sent them a referral request to an oral surgeon for me because I had what looked like a mucus sac in my lip.
