People who answers the phones and schedules hate their jobs. Just by the tone of their voice they want to just dismiss you and doesnt listen to what you have to say. Don't go to this place. These people need to be educated about customer service and patient needs.
I have been a patient of NCPC for a long time, since 2014. Dr Perel and his staff have been there for me after several spine surgeries and my continued treatments ( Fused T3-S1 ). I can't express how grateful I am to their entire staff, especially the Smoke Ranch office. Lorena and Dari are truly the best and I really enjoy seeing them each month. My husband’s Dr sent a referral to this place. We called and waited on hold for 20 mins and as soon as we were next in the queue the phone disconnected. Ok it happens. Called back and after waiting 18 mins we reached a live person. She would ask a question and then go silent. Had to ask several times if she was still there. I’ve been going here for years and Lorraina at the front desk is super awesome and one of the best people at that office! Kevin Thorne is also great and always treats me with respect and care! Love these guys!
