I have been a patient here for a few years now after a bad accident and I am always satisfied with my experience at this office. The front desk staff is always flexible when working with my schedule to make appointments. I never wait long to be seen once I arrive, and all of the doctors are very caring and professional. I’ve had injections done on my back which have really helped manage my pain. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for complete care.
I have been dealing with back pain since December 2025. I was referred to Dr. Perel's office for a consultation. I called the office and got an appointment fairly quickly. When I walked/ limped in the office, the front office girls, Loren and Denise greeted me so kindly. They could see that I was in so much pain, that they offered me a wheelchair because I was having so much trouble walking. People who answers the phones and schedules hate their jobs. Just by the tone of their voice they want to just dismiss you and doesnt listen to what you have to say. Don't go to this place. These people need to be educated about customer service and patient needs.
I have been a patient of NCPC for a long time, since 2014. Dr Perel and his staff have been there for me after several spine surgeries and my continued treatments ( Fused T3-S1 ). I can't express how grateful I am to their entire staff, especially the Smoke Ranch office. Lorena and Dari are truly the best and I really enjoy seeing them each month.
