Dr. Thorn actually cares about my pain. He’s amazing. He listens. Very caring and understanding. I’m still in pain unfortunately but he’s not giving up on my case.
They are excellent
If you can avoid NVCPC, do so! They are difficult to reach and they seem to have no sense of urgency even though they are dealing with people who are in pain. It took them ONE MONTH to even SUBMIT information to the insurance company to get approved for a procedure. ONE MONTH! I find that to be ridiculous, now we still have to wait, dealing with pain, for the approval. IF you can avoid NVCPC, do so!!!
Stay Away! They have negative patient handling capacity. They have too many and not enough people working. You cannot call each office individually for appointments. You MUST call their main hotline, handled elsewhere or something. EVERYTHING takes them FOREVER or never happens. They do not care how in pain you are. I like how doctor Leon Perel and his P.A Kevin does their best with limited resources they have. Until we overhaul our medical systems, doctors hands will be tied in more than one way in how they care for their patients……
