I would love to tell you about the Pain management Dr. here however it’s too bad I never got to see him since they think it’s okay to have patients waiting on them for however long they deem necessary. Learn professionalism in your practice, if there isn’t a wait due to other patients why would you expect someone to wait well beyond 40 mins. The front desk ladies are wonderful. The doctors or PAs are literally the worst. Not once have I left with a plan for my chronic pain. Today was the final straw. I pleaded for a plan. That is literally their job. To help manage pain. Did I get a plan? Nope I had a twenty minute appt with a patronizing "doctor" who had zero suggestions. She made me feel like I am the problem. EDIT: We finally got in and are very happy with the doctor and service they are providing. I don't know what happened on that day we couldn't get through on the phone but I'm glad we tried again and got in. My husband’s Dr sent a referral to this place. We called and waited on hold for 20 mins and as soon as we were next in the queue the phone disconnected. Ok it happens. Called back and after waiting 18 mins we reached a live person. She would ask a question and then go silent. Had to ask several times if she was still the... read more
I waited on hold for 30 minutes TWICE just to be hung up on when I reached caller #1 in line the first time and caller #3 in line the second time. Wasted an hour of my life on hold for no reason! The least they could do is a callback feature!!!!!!!
The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and patient with me. I was assisting my father-in-law and the front desk personnel answered all the questions and made it fast and easy to get everything accomplished. I am working on getting my mother to go to the same office.
