Choose somewhere else. First your driver cannot leave if your sedated, which is fine except there is no waiting room for them! They have to sit in the checking room for 2 hours listening to the checking process over and over, which upset my driver, and had NO policies for not talking on the phone or keeping their games and music down. I was transferred to the coordinator 10 mins waiting for the next rep i got disconnected Frustrating. Since it’s close to closing time I have to try again tomorrow.
