Everybody here, from the front desk to the dental specialists doing the work, are all superlative. And, unlike so many medical doctors and institutions, they do NOT double-book appointments. When you show up for your appointment, forget about reading! You get called inside in mere minutes.
Front desk staff are very friendly over the phone and in person. They are very accommodating in scheduling and rescheduling. The office is very nice and clean. They are patient with children. And having a tv in every room helps occupy children. Dr. Luth explains every tool and what he's going to do to make sure kids are comfortable. He also does very well at explaining problems and possible solutions/ protocol to the parent. Nice to have kids happy and ready to return. Well done all around.
This was the best visit to the dentist we have ever had. My girls,sixteen and eight years old said they loved it. Dr. Heideman is amazing. I have never had a dentist explain to me the treatment my kids need in such detail and why. The staff was wonderful and very patient. I would recommend Luth & Heideman to everyone. Very happy.

Like a lot of people I dreaded a trip to the dentist but not anymore. I've been a client of Dr. Heideman for two years now and can truly say this is the best dental office I have ever been in. Everything is top of the line - from the well appointed waiting room with chilled water bottles and a good selection of reading materials, to the state of the art equipment and exam rooms with comfortable chairs and televisions. This is the best dental office I have ever been to. Since becoming a patient of Dr. Heideman's a couple years ago, I have had outstanding treatments, cleanings, fillings and overall service. His office staff, hygienists are friendly and knowledgable. Enjoy my dental appointments!
