A lot of people don't enjoy going to the dentist. I always look forward to going to Luth & Heideman Center for Dental Care. My experience with everyone is always pleasant, friendly & professional. They are truly a caring staff.
Everyone in this office is great. Tina at the front desk is knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. Katie always does a wonderful job with my teeth, and explains everything and again super friendly. Dr. Heideman is the best, a perfectionist, which I value greatly as my dentist. He also explains everything and is very upfront and honest. I have been going there for years and have always been happy and satisfied with everything and everyone in the office
The office personnel and dentist are always professional and treat you with respect.
OUTSTANDING
As always Dr. Heideman is wonderful, from a check up to crown work he is a professional and his work is beautiful! The hygenists and front desk staff know their stuff as well. I had my teeth cleaned by a new hygenist and she is great. Good job.. I have to drive across town to see Dr. Heideman and staff and it is well worth the drive. I
I used to hate going to the dentist but not since I started going to your practice. I think I fell asleep during the 2 hr. procedure.
A friend at work highly recommended Dr.â??s Luth & Heideman to me. Then my crown fell out and I needed to get it fixed ASAP so I called them and explained that Iâ??ve never been there but was interested in becoming a patient. They went out of their way to accommodate me and get me right in. I explained that Iâ??d had some bad dental experiences in the past so Dr. Luth took extra care and alleviated my nervousness. Great experience todayâ?¦ everyone is always happy and courteous! But the experience started well before the visit today. When I called last week to schedule the appt for Kallie, Denise got her in right away but she also helped me get set up with a dental discount plan since we don't have dental insurance. She even followed up with me and spoke with me multiple times on the phone prior to the visit. I REALLY appreciate ALL her help.
