Did a fabulous job today as usual by correcting several small problems as well as some preventative maintenance.
I was very pleased with my first appointment at Luth & Heideman. Everyone I encountered at the office was very friendly and professional. I appreciated the clear explanations about treatment. I enjoyed the images of my teeth - being able to see and hear in great detail what work was to be done was incredible. They seem to have all the latest technology. They were also able to fit in my cleaning, which also went very well. It was a dentist experience like no other.
The staff was wonderful, the office was beautiful and Dr. Heideman was great. He told me exactly what was going on with my jaw and I was able to understand what he was saying.
My daughter was very nervous, and Dr. Luth went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and help her have a good experience.
I am terrified of the dentist,but everyone at this office made me feel SO comfortable. I am not fearing upcoming work like I thought I would be,thank you!!
I had a good visit I haven't been to a dentist in approximately 3 year's so they have a quite a lot to repair but they were very helpful and explained what is needed.
I brought my 7 and 5 year old to see Dr. Heideman. The office was beautiful and the front staff was so nice and accommodating. My kids went back and loved the girls who cleaned their teeth. Everything was so clean and the kids are excited to return every 6 months!
As always the visit to your office was great. I always feel like a VIP and especially enjoyed the massage chair this time.
My 4 year old loved his experience!
