AMAZING!! DISNEYLAND OF DENTISTRY
I'm from Chicago and I had a wonderful dentist and I was so worried about finding a good dentist. I have found a better dentist in Dr Heineman. He is more high tech and has more expertise. I'm so glad the Mayers sent me here. The Mayers all sang praises about you and your office staff and they were right. You are so knowledgeable about dentistry and you explain everything as well is your staff.
I am a new patient and cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent visit for a root canal. I have a medical issue that prevents me from laying flat, as well as anxiety. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Tina and Denise and was immediately put at ease by their kinds words and the calm and lovely environment it is. Dr. Heideman and his assistant could not have done more to make my experience as comfortable as it was. He had to work on me at, what must have been, a very uncomfortable angle for him. My first contact with Luth and Heideman resulted from a dental emergency. I snapped a tooth root holding a crown. Upon calling Luth and Heideman, I was given an appointment for the next day. The doctor saw me and gave me a thorough discussion of options for treatment. The discussion included costs, durability, and impacts on my future dental health. Ms. Katie took special care of cleaning my teeth. In fact I felt bad that I did not treated myself as special as the treatment that she gave me. I am going to be extra diligent in caring for my teeth so she does not have to work so hard cleaning. I need to take care of my teeth for my health to benefit. What a great experience at the dentist (weird thing to say right?)!! This office uses technology to help support dental hygiene. A ton of information you have never heard of, but makes sense of things your dentist should know about you and communicate. I need a couple of major things, but there was no pressure. Many times it's like, you need a new crown, so when can we schedule that and how will you pay. They asked if it was alright if they contacted insurance first to see what they would cover and then they will call to let... read more

Luth and Heideman are the best dentists around! The staff is great als well. You can count on high quality dental work every time.
