I've tried calling multiple times and cannot get ahold of anyone. The only option they give you is to have someone call you back, but they never do. I'm extremely confused how all these people had surgery when there isn't even a way to contact this clinic.
The woman I spoke to literally HUNG up on me because we wanted to explore back surgery options for my husband. I could NOT believe it. She said if we weren't interested in surgery (how would we know that if we didn't speak to the doctor)? I'm going to file a complaint with medicare and write a note to the state as well as Advent Health care. I have no idea who this rude woman was, but be aware. So unprofessional and frankly outrageous. Medicare needs to know how this business is operating. NOT ok.
