First time visit to this office due to a diagnoses from another dr, to be treated with so much disrespect. Being told I was misdiagnosed then not even offering any support, guidance or help after an urgent care misdiagnoses, and ER misdiagnoses and no empathy for the amount of pain and suffering I have been in the past 8 days. Mark Joseph Hugo I am so sorry I wasted your precious time to seek medical advice. It's one thing to be misdiagnosed 3 times in one week by 4 different doctors but to be treated the way you treated me ... read more
Very disappointed in the lack of communication at this facility. I was referred here by my primary care doctors office. Thanks for the effort Neurosurgery One. Only one last step to go! Here’s my ori... read more

As a patient of Neurosurgery One for nearly a year, I am disheartened by this practice, which I believe is harmful to the disabled community. When individuals applying for SSI do not have sufficient medical documentation, they often lose their cases. This can lead to catastrophic outcomes, including loss of income, homelessness, and severe mental health crises. For many disabled patients who... read more
Dear Dr. Bohnan I am writing this letter to express my profound disappointment, anger, and feelings of abandonment regarding the care I have received at Neurosurgery One over the last three years. After undergoing three major surgeries under your care—including a procedure involving 18 fusions—my quality of life has deteriorated rapidly rather than improved. However, my primary grievance is not just the physical outcome, but the complete lack of support and follow-up once the surgeries were completed and the payments were ma... read more
