I have been a patient of Dr. Peragine’s for about 3 years now and I’m so thankful to have him as part of my team. His bedside manner is much appreciated and he actually listens to me when I have questions and concerns. I have had well over 20 procedures with him due to chronic issues and he’s always included me in decisions and offers great explanations. He is also good at responding to requests and questions through the patient portal which makes my life easier.
Jennifer is outstanding. She is very attentive, compassionate and caring. Jennifer cares about you listens intently of what you are experiencing. I am a retired Peace Officer and Veteran. I was injured back in 97 and have struggled to keep going. When I met Dr. Bohnen I was at my lowest point in my life. My wife of 27 years had just passed and I had struggled to get free of Oxytocin and the after effects of being cut off. Dr. Bohnen did something that most doctors can't seem to do, she just listened. I tried to call and schedule an appointment, but the experience was so terrible that I ended up asking my doctor to refer me elsewhere. The woman at the front desk, Sue, was unbelievably rude. She interrupted me repeatedly, spoke to me with an attitude, and at one point even said, “The doctor definitely won’t want to deal with you.” I was shocked and honestly really upset by the way I was treated.
I have loved my medical team throughout the entire course of my treatment. They are stellar with customer service and I would absolutely recommend any of their providers. However, Sue at the front desk is god awful and cold. She doesn’t make you feel welcome nor does she make it sounds like she cares; which in turn makes me not feel like she’s not willing to help me.
