I took my mom in for an MRI, and we were a few minutes late getting there because they have the incorrect address listed on MyChart. Even though it wasn't our fault due to the error, my mom apologized. However, the woman at the MRI reception desk was beyond rude to her. She asked for her name, and my mom gave her first and last name, and the lady snapped back FULL NAME! Great diagnostics of what my back problem is, surgery was easier to recover from!
Neuro I used to see had me on so many meds. Started seeing a PA, she was wonderful. She looked over all meds and did a big change. She moved away and a Neuro took over. She was wonderful as well. She's no longer there. I had this VNS put in 6/2/2023 and no one I trust to care for me. What to now!
