I was supposed to see the first doctor, got rescheduled last minute, and then he got fired (look up why). Then I was supposed to see Dr. Nathoo. Got rescheduled last minute a couple times, and now I'm just finding a new doctor. This place is ridiculous, and you'll go months and months before being seen or getting an appointment. If they can't even manage an office, why would I trust them to manage my spine?
If I could give no stars, I would. Dr. Nathoo is always 1-2 hours late getting to your scheduled appointment. The office staff don’t call you back and couldn’t care less about doing their job. I’ve left Jackie 4 voicemails to get the MRI and physical therapy scheduled that Dr. Nathoo ordered but she must not feel I really need help so she doesn’t call me back. I won’t waste another $ on this place. Shame on them for treating people with this type of pain this way.
I’ll give 2 stars because I am impressed with Kim Haynes, she’s great, I saw her years ago but now… the office itself has become a mess! They have more excuses than a 12 year old. Not enough rooms 3 physicians, short staffed, phone issues… I’m expected to trust my spine to the surgeons? Hour wait…
Most unprofessional MD I've been to. If your in pain u won't get help here.
It's a joke! They do nothing for you including returning phone calls.
