I was transported to South Miami Hospital last May. The Neurologist assigned to me was from Neuroscience Consultants. I have attempted for almost one year to have them correctly bill my insurance to no avail. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. They seem like they don’t know what they are doing. I am still waiting for them to properly bill. If the office staff is any indication of the clinical staff I will NEVER be seen by them again!
Super rude and unprofessional especially with email, sending bills to patients before the insurances have processed the claims. Avoid at all costs.
The worst staff ever including the one located on the Baptist location.
My Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) doctor referred me to Dr. David Silvers at Neuroscience to review my MRI for ringing in my left ear. I never saw the doctor in person only by ZOOM. I filled out the new patient questionnaire with my information like every other office. This office charged my insurance company $77.00 and called it "Annual Depression Screening."
