The office manager Neerja is rude, abrasive, and very unprofessional. Instead of contacting me with an issue about my insurance, she took it upon herself to authorize a $200 charge to my credit card, which I never gave her permission to do. Now that the insurance issue has been solved, it only took a few days as usual, she still refuses to credit my card. Find another place unless you want to deal with problem after problem.

NEERJA- Office manager complaint. On Friday, October 29, I received my test results via zoom call. I was told that I would have The results emailed to me by the end of the weekend if not Monday, November 1. I was told the results would be in a PDF form, requiring a password to be accessed.
