Just as my first visit was so friendly and pleasant, Today was the same. Also, hygienist Bonnie was so sweet and considerate. My teeth are so clean!! I Appreciated not having to wait also.
I am so glad I found BayView Dental I had my very first root canal today and was nervous about the procedure with all the stories I had been told. The staff and Dr. Konic assured me it would be fine. We started the procedure turned on some nice music they explained every step of the way on the root canal and crown work. By far the best dental experience ever thank you so much for being so kind and caring.
I had a not so great experience with another local dentist before I was referred to Dr Konick and I'm so grateful for that referral. She is very caring, competent and gentle. She's also very good at explaining things to you as she goes along. The practice is equipt with top notch technology and the staff is really wonderfully caring and competent as well. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
It was my second office visit. One thing that immediately stands out is the kindness and genuine sincerity of the office staff. They say hello, smile, and kindly welcome you to the office. The hygienist was wonderful. I'd highly recommend the office to a friend.
