I appreciated the pleasant atmosphere of the office and the staff. Dentist Allison Konick addressed my concerns thoughtfully and professionally which I greatly appreciated. The office and staff did not seem impersonal as many medical offices do. I would recomend this practice.

Attn; Prospective DENTAL customer >>> It is without question that both Dr. Konick and Julie are women of exceptional beauty. Moreover, of importance is their exceptional professional skill and customer service. Dr. Konick is a highly skilled and an extremely artistic dentist. She is nonpareil. Julie is a superb accountant and excellent with customer relations. No one likes going to the dentist. Why not make it a more pleasant experience than usual.
Not often do you go to the dentist with a dental problem (later identified as a chipped tooth), have drilling done, a tooth filled and rebuilt and say that you had a great experience. From the initial call for help, to the dentist explaining my options, to the actual treatment and final billing, everyone was professional, courteous and caring.

I have nothing else to say but to give 10 out of 10 to professionalism, eagerness to help and understanding patient's needs. My problem required same day resolution, and it was achieved, even couple hours before it was scheduled. On the top if that, the initial billing misunderstanding was resolved to satisfaction of both parties. Thank you.
