I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Odell. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful during my appointment, which made me feel uncomfortable and unvalued as a patient. I expected professional and compassionate care, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I cannot recommend him based on my encounter. Every appointment I have had with these people all I do is sit and wait. I ghad an appointment today and waited 45 minutes after my appointment to be waited on. This is insane. I am begining to think these people do not like Black people.
Treatments did not work. All they want is your money. I paid, and later found out that insurance will cover some of it. Only saw Dr. O'Dell once, to talk me into the treatments.
