I think that for the amount of patients they always have That the office staff does a very good job!! Dr Myers is awesome also
Office staff is horrible. I’ve called 5/6 times a day for a solid week and no body ever answers the phone. Left messages 5 days in a row still no phone call. I walk in and ask to speak to office manager so they send me to a room where I’ve now been sitting 15 minutes
I saw Dr. Myers Monday after the office being closed for days because of hurricane evacuations. I just want to say how excellent all of the staff was today as always. I imagine it was a busy day handling rescheduling, fitting in emergencies, and meeting with the regular case load. Your kindness didn't go unnoticed. Thank you!
My journey with Dr. Stickler is just starting. I must say he and his staff are amazing thus far. I'm blessed to be with an office that knows the importance of calling with results, returning phone calls, and making sure every small detail is not only explained, but understood. It's very hard to find compassionate, personable service and I'm so thrilled I have. I'm in good hands!
I find it to be completely unreasonable that an office can have you sitting in the waiting room 1 hour after your appointment time (that doesn't include the amount of time I arrived early to do my new patient paperwork) still waiting to be seen. I don't like having my time wasted, and if your behind you should let me know prior to my sitting in your waiting room that way I can decide if it is worth my time. Ridiculousness.
