After having a TIA in July, I made an appointment with the Boca Raton office. I was very concerned so I got the earliest appointment with a neurologist I could find. I chose NOSF and the nurse practitioner Carol Elckhorn. My first appointment went good and she scheduled an MRI. After the MRI I followed up with her at the Boca Raton office. The MRI showed no damage but I was still concerned as I was having memory loss. She suggested a cognitive test. I scheduled it for the Linton Ave. office.
