I had an extremely disappointing experience at this neurology office due to the poor customer service at the front desk. One of the receptionists was incredibly rude and condescending. Had NCS and EMG done here. The lady scheduling first made me believe I was going to be here for 2 hours and she told me the test was incredibly painful. The tech doing the test was nice but the doctor wasnt very personable. Left me covered in blood, and no one warned me I would have trouble walking after my test. During the EMG he did not give me warning prior to sticking me and was tossing alcohol pads around and stuff onto his desk like doing this test was an inconvenience. Had an appointment drove 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back and I was told they don’t accept insurance even tho I gave it to them on the phone prior love the experience at the hospital but dr office stinks don’t run office properly and don’t return calls unless u become mad with them about returning a phone call

My father's a great guy, and always easy going. I have never heard him get upset on the phone and he's 80; he models civility and restraint. So for him to get upset says a lot. In his time of greatest vulnerability, these inconsiderate jerks rescheduled on him over and over and over and over and over again. If that seems repetitive to read, imagine having to move your schedule around 5 times during the Holiday Season. This conduct is unconscionable and lacks professionalism. I've been a patient here for a decade, but after some recent changes in physicians here this office now treats their patients like items on an accounts receivable list instead of humans. If you're looking for a neurologist do your self a favor and don't waste your time here.
