I have been seeing Dr. caballero for many years after the passing of my previous neurologist, and have sent him many referrals...I always enjoy our visits .. Let me state firstly that I entered angry because my meds couldn't be refilled due to clerical error...costing me $150 visit...as his staff was unresponsive in fixing it....or perhaps just didn't believe me... I was a patient of Dr. Caballero for 3 months and I often felt that communication was poor and that my concerns were not fully heard or addressed. What led me to seek care elsewhere was not a particular diagnosis, but the feeling that conclusions were reached without meaningful discussion and that complex symptoms were too quickly attributed to anxiety. Dr. Caballero and his staff are very friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Caballero since he was in Tuscaloosa,. I will follow him wherever he goes. He is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. I highly recommend his practice.

I’ll start by noting that the name listed on the credit card receipt after payment was “Revive Vitality LLC,” which does not match the name displayed on the building, front door, patient forms, or business cards, all of which state “Centennial Neurology & Headache Center” or to some degree of it. This should have been a RED Flag. This immediately raised concerns for me, as it created confusion regarding the actual business identity and billing practices of the clinic. I suffered with what primary Dr thought was migraines for months. No migraine medicines would help. Dr Cabellero diagnosed me having Occipital Neuralgia caused by irritation and inflammation. He prescribed medicine that would calm down that nerve. I don't have pain after 1 1/2 week of the medicine. I am so glad I was referred to Neurology & Headache Center. The staff is very nice and helps to get you an appointment asap.
