Horrible!!! I literally was late 5 minutes because I was circling the building looking for the main entrance. The doctor walked right out the door in front of us stating he was leaving. The receptionist then repeatedly said your late. It takes longer than 5 mins just to fill out paper work so his leaving had nothing to do with us being 5 minutes late and everything to do with his ego and character.
