Wow, the first review was written 6 years ago, but mirrors our recent experience. The receptionist is very rude and incompetent. She said that my wife had to email our health insurance card, before she could get a appointment. My wife did this three times, but the lady in the office always said that she did not receive the information. The doctors could very well be very good doctors, but the office staff is keeping new patients away. As covod has been spreading, i was honestly disapointed that the doctor himself was completely uncovered, kept coughing in the open air and was not washing his hands. I was being completely diregarded and quickly shoved off. Mainly mentioning he was "too busy" although it was obvious he wasn't. Referred me to take blood tests from an earlier copies of the Emergency hospital next to the building for him not to do the work himself.
I rarely go out of my way to post a bad review. I've worked in the nonprofit sector for most of my life and along the way, met many incredible people in the medical field. My mother was referred to this office by our trusted general doctor. We called yesterday and the receptionist was unnecessarily rude. We had no choice but to be nice to her since we needed an appt.
