Dr. Wicker and members of his office (not his medical staff) were rude, dismissive, and invasive of my privacy. His back office staff could not understand or would not accept that a divorced woman could have two legal last names, that military procedures for changing names on records could differ from civilian ones, and that requesting personal legal paperwork when government issued federal and state level identification cards are offered is unnecessarily invasive harassment. Dr. Poltorak is the kind of doctor that I like. He is considerate he’s thoughtful he’s knowledgeable and he’s funny. I feel like I’m I good hands.
Husband has left several messages for Dr. Poltarak as his pain has increased tremendously. 5 days later... no returned messages. Would never recommend based on their lack of communication with patients.
My overall experience while visiting Neurological Medicine, PA in Greenbelt, MD has been a pleasant one. The admin and medical assistants are so courteous and accommodating. My Neurologist, Dr. Hussain is one of the best. He has been very patient when explaining my diagnoses and the necessary steps to take. I will be following in six months.
My doctor is Lawrence Whicker and he is the absolute Best of the Best. I wouldn't have anyone else as my Neurologist. Come to this office if you want a Team of the DMVs Best Neurologist. These Doctors take caring about their patients to whole different level. All I can say is that I love my doctor and they all are a great team. Tanita Carter
