This place is amazing, I have no issues with this place. I’m a commercial truck driver and I had a seizure. I did all my test and paperwork here now I’m getting my license back.
They don’t answer the lines . Have called for m the about my records before that appts no one vete returned my call . Spoke to specialist in December never again!
Made appointment over 6 weeks ago. Confirmed appointment and yet they canceled it 10 minutes before the appointment. What the hell. Terrible place obviously they don’t care about their patients because they could have checked eligibility days or weeks earlier but no they do it 10 minutes before the appointment. They wasted my day my time my money. and did they pay my uber thereNo!
Very disappointing experience at the Boyle Heights location of Neurological Institute of Los Angeles. I asked about an initial consultation because I have back pain that radiates down my leg. I explained that I was willing to pay cash out of pocket and simply wanted to know the cost structure.
