I've had top notch care; the office staff is friendly and informative, and all the medical providers take time to understand my situation and symptoms, as well as explain things to me, so I understood what was going on and why the proposed treatment plans were best for me. Raquel Cecil APRN is fabulous. They also have Physical Therapy onsite; Theresa Festo, PT, COMT is the BEST physical therapist I have ever worked with. Dr. Schnapp offices are very welcoming! The front desk person are very nice, professional and very knowledgeable I believe her name is Lidiane. She is caring and very kind, she help me booked my appointment and when I got there she help me with paper work and the IPad. The waiting is too long, I had to wait month for the appointment.
