If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I can't speak to the quality of the doctors because I was never even able to make an appointment. I spent over 30 minutes trying to reach the office, but each time I called, the line disconnected. Eventually, I was connected to what I believe was the emergency line. I explained that the regular office number kept hanging up on me, but instead of helping or trying to connect me, I was simply told to call the regular office again—even though that's exactly what I'd been trying t... read more
I’ve never experienced such a lack of care in my entire life. You wait MONTHS for an appointment, they run 2-3 tests, and tell you to come back in 6 months. I WANT RELIEF! I WANT HELP! Is this really the best in Philadelphia? I can’t believe it. I hate this place so much. This can’t be my only option. I’m better off leaving the state and finding relief elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
The lone star this review is receiving is for the doctor's and other medical staff exclusively, I do not take issue with them and they have provided more than adequate care. However, it needs to be addressed that the billing department for Wills Eye is downright appalling and has no business managing people's medical payments. I have been going to Wills Eye for around two years now and each time I have had to pay for my care there have been nothing short of headache after headache.
