This place plays games. They are deceptive and heartless here. I applied, sent all the documents, went through the assessment process and was ghosted. I emailed members that I was told are going to be team support, emails were ignored. I called the office Practice Manager Briana Warrick, received wrong information the information was sent to insurance and it never was. Horrible place. My son never even started any services. I sent all his information and called and emailed the client service coordinator Kelsey M. For about a month And never got an answer. They really had me hopeful to only be disappointed and frustrated because after all this is for my child.
