We were in the market for a new vehicle and had visited several dealerships. We came to Lux just to “look around” and left with our Land Rover Discovery. We didn’t feel pressured and they worked with us on several negotiations. Phil Roberts was our salesman and communicated well during the entire process.

Worst experience and still finding more and more problems with the vehicle. We will never buy from them again.

You purchased a vehicle below Wholesale value that we just took on trade that was As Is. We went above and beyond multiple times fixing issues on the vehicle, when we weren’t obligated to do so. Our lot tech even came in on his only day off to help you out one day as well. We are sorry there are issues with the vehicle, but unfortunately we didn’t build the vehicle nor can we see what the future holds.
Great experience with Lux!! Was apprehensive at first looking at a vehicle online but Nick was very patient and informative. Nick and Russell we're very attentive and understanding. As I looked closer at the dealership I was impressed with their selection. Even though they are a couple hundred miles away I am certainly going to review their inventory before my next purchase. We love our Jag and we appreciate their integrity and transparency. We will be back!!
I took my 2010 Range Rover Sport here to see how much they would give me for it. The car salesman told me it only KBB’d for $6000. He also went on to say that Range Rovers are designed to fall apart when they roll over 100,000 miles. When I left I KBB’d it myself and it’s worth much more and his statement is completely false! If you’re looking for a dealership to buy your car out right I do not recommend this one.

I live in York PA and found this car online. I was amazed by the car and the inventory plus their reviews so I had little hesitation dealing with them over the phone.
