I went in to see Dr. Thurston as a walk-in / referral from Dr. Mitchell, (who is very patient and caring), the same day that I found out about my condition. Ms. Marjorie at the front was very nice, understanding, and patient with me, the lady (sorry I forgot your name) I saw before Dr. Thurston was very polite, and even the lady that helped me with my boot (sorry about the names) were all very gentle and made me feel very comfortable.
