First time patient today. The staff is nice, the facility was nice. The doctor was patient and knowledgeable. The reason I only gave it four stars was the horrible, irritating, almost laughable check in software. It's totally crap, it doesn't work correctly, no one else in the waiting room was getting it to work either. When I had to ask the receptionist for help she said "let me just put the information directly into your account, we have a lot of problems with the software ". I was a new Patient to the Murfreesboro Location. I had tried many times to self log in before I got there The first thing I let her know is that I can't log in. She said "go sit down and try again".. Again their system was not working. I walked back up to the desk ...she said "use the edit button, go sit down and try again"...so I did, again their system said full and unable to take documents.
