The owner cuts any and all corners including not obtaining building permits. Knocked down and rebuilt a home in 7 days on a cracked foundation and obtained zero permits! The Hispanic workers steal neighbor’s electricity and water as they please. A stop work notice was placed on the door and was removed by the same Hispanic workers and they resumed working. If they were such honest people they would have raised their monster of a son to be honest. Their son Taylor Marritt-Nue decided to deceive me by acting as an insurance agent and touring my house. He knew I was buying my house on Land Contract. long story short there is very little to protect people on land contracts. I was forced to give him my home even after the judge declared him NOT THE BONA FIDE PURCHASER. Judge gave me till May 15th 2023 to vacate my home of 10 yrs!
