My property management team manages two duplexes that were built by Neu. Use caution with this builder, especially when it comes to their builder warranty. We had multiple hvac issues that took several days to be resolved. One occurred during 90 degree weather and the other occurred during zero degree weather and took 7 days to be looked at. We were concerned about frozen water lines and moved forward scheduling our own vendor and Neu refused reimbursement for the invoice.
Do not, I repeat, do not trust them to build your home. Terrible workmanship, and even worse accountability when time came to follow up on warranty claims. Unresponsive, unprofessional and unworthy of your time and money.
We purchased a brand new home from this builder in Indianapolis IN. I have previously bought 2 different duplexes with other builders and had no issues but this builder had terrible communication we had 5 months of delays and the delays were not communicated until weeks of then knowing it was coming. Further we closed on the house with certain items unfinished even though they said it was completely done but my inspector caught them. They didn’t even clean the house on hand over. I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH THUS GROUP AGAIN.
The NREG team was fantastic! The reason for review is I am satisfied well after working with them, especially following a nice “checking in” call from Garret - would recommend asking for his assistance! Any concern I had, he dealt with diligently. Hopefully this helps!
